How long before my final inspection should the bond clean be booked?
Book the clean for after your furniture has been moved out and as close to your final inspection as you can. An empty home lets us reach every surface. Get in touch early, as end of month dates book out quickly.
Do I need to be home during the bond clean?
No. Most clients drop off a key or arrange access with their property manager. We will let you know when the clean is finished.
Can you clean the carpets as part of a bond clean?
Yes. Many leases require the carpets to be professionally cleaned when you move out. Add carpet cleaning to your bond clean quote and we will organise it at the same time.
